CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Dr. Aaron Schwartz

Bioline Innovations Jerusalem (BIJ) is a wholly owned subsidiary
of BioLineRx, a clinical stage drug development company traded on
the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: BLRX). BIJ is the only
incubator designated entirely to biotechnology that is also
unique in that it is the only project based incubator.
BIJ collaborates with leading research institutions, universities
and biotech companies mainly in Israel through the in-licensing
of promising compounds and technologies for accelerated
development by the BIJ team. Its leading programs are an
injectable scaffold for the treatment of damaged heart tissue
post-myocardial infarction and a soluble receptor for the
treatment of prostate cancer. Additional products under
development include compounds for the treatment of cancer and
CNS, cardiovascular, metabolic, infectious and autoimmune
diseases. The end goal of the incubator period at BIJ is filing
of a US IND or the equivalent in order to begin clinical trials.
Projects that successfully graduate BIJ may be developed further
by BioLineRx, partnered with leading pharmaceutical marketers or
spun out into stand alone companies.

BIJ's drug development activities are performed in either its GLP
grade chemistry laboratory or by outsourcing to CRO's meeting
FDA/EMEA regulatory standards in Israel and around the world. BIJ
addresses the disparate requirements of a diverse drug portfolio
by creating in house expertise in shared drug development
disciplines, while placing overall project ownership in the hands
of Project Managers with specific domain expertise. The BIJ staff
includes professionals in CMC, preclinical experimentation,
clinical development, regulations and business development, and
is augmented by BioLineRx's Nobel Prize winning Scientific
Advisory Board and indication specific advisory boards that are
both world-class.

Bioline Innovations Jerusalem is financially supported and
professionally guided by BioLineRx, that was founded in 2003 by
leaders in the Israeli life sciences arena including Teva
Pharmaceuticals Ltd., venture capital funds Giza and Pitango,
Hadasit, the technology transfer company of Hadassah Hospital and
the Jerusalem.

Development Authority. BioLineRx went public on the Tel Aviv
stock exchange in February 2007, raising US $50 million. Prior to
the IPO, BioLineRx's founders and others invested approximately
US $32 million in the company.
