MOFET B'YEHUDA Ltd. is one of Israel's leading technological and
business incubators, helping high-tech start-ups "get off the
ground". The sponsorship of Mofet B'Yehuda enables entrepreneurs
to produce prototypes of their technologies and provides
financial, administrative, technical, commercial and marketing
assistance.
HIGH SUCCESS RATE
MOFET B'YEHUDA has sponsored 26 projects, which currently employ
more than 100 scientists and engineers. Eight of the twelve
projects that have graduated from MOFET B'YEHUDA have found
investors. Five of the startups are successfully operating as
independent businesses with turnover values ranging from 1 to 4.5
million dollars.
EXPERIENCE
The success of MOFET B'YEHUDA stems from its extensive experience
in screening high-tech projects and from the "know-how" to
transform the ideas of aspiring entrepreneurs into viable,

opportunities. The project Screening Committee is comprised of a
volunteer team of distinguished professional industrialists,
financial consultants, business figures and academics.

FINANCIAL STRUCTURE
MOFET B'YEHUDA LTD. operates as a commercial enterprise. Each
project is incorporated as a separate company with its own Board
of Directors and business team. MOFET B'YEHUDA, the project
initiators, and private investors hold the stock. At the
conclusion of incubator sponsorship, the business operates
independently, while MOFET B'YEHUDA continues to hold stock, to
share in the profits, and to promote the business through
marketing and investment contacts.
FACILITY AND ASSISTANCE
As a startup company the entrepreneur will be working in offices,
laboratory or industrial space provided by the incubator. Office
space may be used for electronic, software or multimedia projects
and the warehouse type space, may be used for heavy commercial,
energy, mechanical or chemical projects.
