ATC was acquired by Maayan Ventures Ltd. (80%) and Rotem
Industries Ltd. (20%) on July 2006 and merged into the Maayan
Ventures incubator.
ATC operates as an integral part of Maayan Ventures; its
portfolio companies benefit from both Maayan Ventures' and Rotem
Industries' financial strengths, vast experience and strategic
connections. ATC's companies operate according to the directives
of Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade's Incubator
privatization program for peripheral incubators.
