PROJECT SUMMARY
Greenlet leverages high-tech techniques - IT, communications and
power electronics for end-to-end energy management. Targeted for
energy service companies and electric utilities the system
dynamically controls the peak demand, reduces blackout risk and
saves the need to build new coal plants. Greenlet's
infrastructure also provides the means to reduce consumers' bill
and environmental pollution. The patent-pending solution offers
quick deployment of peak shaving solutions for a multi-billion
Dollar fast growing market.

ADVANTAGES
Greenlet allows a very quick, efficient and cost effective
deployment of end-to-end solution for reduction of power during
peak and non-peak hours. The system addresses the critical pain
of the electric utilities, namely reducing blackouts and outages
at peak hours (annual US outage costs reaches $80B), reducing the
costs of electricity generation at peak hours (x20 - x200 the
costs at non peak hours). It also lets customers (institutional,
residential and commercial) reduce their electricity bill and get
additional payback for participating in peak shaving programs.

ENTREPRENEURS
Mr. Avner Cohen - CEO, experienced entrepreneur,
MBA from Derby University, a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from
the Technion (Cum Laude), M.Sc BM Engineering from Tel-Aviv
University (Cum Laude).
Mr. Nir Marom - Consultant, served 5 years as
a management consultant for McKinsey, focused on corporate
strategy. MBA with distinction from Insead, a BA with distinction
in Economics and an LLB both from Haifa University.

PROJECT STATUS
Greenlet's activity started at the end of 2007. The novel
technology core was validated in lab and is patent pending. A
first prototype is available, shall be introduced to customers in
Q2/2009.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
Greenlet is looking for strategic partnership with electric
utilities and energy service companies deploying solutions for
peak shaving; distribution channels such as companies deploying
building solutions, and companies offering energy management
solutions.
