PROJECT SUMMARY
QUIX TeleVideo system enables a video streaming solution to
networks operators, ISP and content providers on broadband,
narrowband and wireless networks. The system is based on a unique
video compression algorithm fulfilling the video scalability
requirement. This requirement is necessary for video delivery
systems that need to provide video stream to heterogeneous users
(in terms of devices and demands) on non-deterministic networks
conditions.
