PROJECT SUMMARY
ORA BIO LTD. is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the
repositioning of existing drugs for second-use applications. The
Company is developing the ORA101 and ORA102 as drugs for
non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and age-related macular
degeneration (AMD) respectively.

In the treatment of lung cancer, the ORA101 compound will be
orally administered, and can be used alone, in combination with
chemotherapy, or as a preventive agent in patients at high risk
of recurrence after primary cancer therapy. Similarly, in the
treatment of AMD, ORA102 will be orally administered and may
serve as monotherapy or as an important component of combination
therapy with other anti-angiogenesis compounds (such as Avastin
and Lucentis), aimed at controlling neo-vascularization in wet
AMD.


Scientific Results
The active ingredient underlying ORA101 and ORA102, in different
formulation, is found in an old FDA-approved drug. The extensive
use of the drug has provided detailed and long-term information,
demonstrating excellent safety profile even after prolonged use.
The new formulation of the active ingredient was found, in vitro
and in vivo, to inhibit angiogenesis, tumor development and
metastasis.

PROJECT STATUS
ORA BIO was founded in 2005 by a seasoned group of experts with
vast know-how in the development of therapeutic applications and
business development.

As of Q3 2008, the Company will complete a national phase II
clinical trial to establish the efficacy of the ORA101 in
treating NSCLC, with a phase II study testing the ORA102 in AMD
patients anticipated to start shortly after. A recent meeting
with the FDA has outlined the conditions for combining the
Israeli clinical trial results with the results of a small US
Phase II trial, potentially enabling ORA BIO to accomplish
advanced clinical milestones and create high company value in a
relatively short period of time.

* Initiate Phase II Lung Cancer US - Q4 2008
* Initiate Phase II AMD Israel - Q3 2008
