PROJECT SUMMARY
MST is developing a seamless and elegant Image Guided Laparoscope
Manipulator system for the multi-billion dollar laparoscopy
market. The MST "one press to execute" approach allow surgeons to
perform an operation without having to control, navigate or focus
the laparoscope in the desired position.
MST Image Guided Laparoscope Manipulator enables seamless and
fluid surgical workflow and excludes the time-consuming
coordination and communication required between a surgeon and a
camera-manipulating assistant.

The MST Image Guided Laparoscope Manipulator system consists of:
* Disposable laparoscope manipulator.
* Image processing and tracking software.
* Disposable execution "sticker" switches.

Mr. Motti Frimer - CEO, 15 years
of experience in different roles in the defense and hi-tech
industries (M.E ,EMBA) .
Mr. Moti Sholev - CTO, M.Sc. in
biomedical Industrial engineering.
Mr. Ziv Tamir - VP Strategic
Marketing, Rich experience in marketing specially in the field of
startup medical device companies.
Dr. Amir Szold - Medical
Director, Founder and 1st president, Israeli Society of
Endoscopic Surgery.
Dr. Ibrahim Matar - Medical Director,
Head division of laparoscopic surgery, Bnai Zion Medical Center,
Haifa Israel.

PROJECT STATUS
Prototype system which had all the major elements of the final
product was tested in several preclinical trials. Beta product is
under technical Validation. Regulatory submission is in progress.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
MST is seeking strategic distribution partners and investment to
achieve goals of clinical trials and sales.
