PROJECT SUMMARY
A lead compound, Pet-8, was selected by the Company's R&D team
for the treatment of hypertension. Preliminary in-vitro and
in-vivo test results demonstrate the new compound is more
effective than the currently used nitroglycerin drugs in reducing
blood pressure and has shown in addition anti-inflammatory
properties. Oral, as well as intravenular and subcutaneous
administration paths have already been successfully tested, all
showing promising statistically significant results. The drug is
expected to enter phase I clinical trials in Q4 2008.

In addition, RENOPHARM is working to develop and commercialize
its second product - CNS001 -a drug candidate for neurological
disorders, which will be initially intended for treatment of
epilepsy patients. Pre-clinical trials of CNS001 in epilepsy are
expected to be finished in Q1 2008.

The Company has two US patents granted and PCTs for its
molecules, synthesis and use of. RENOPHARM has a proprietary and
leading position in the synthesis of non-tolerance inducing NO
donor drugs.

APPLICATIONS:
Pharmaceutical leads for drugs for the treatment of
of age related diseases such as high blood pressure,
cardiovascular ailments, lung hypertension, Inflammation, IBD,
secondary Diabetes type II symptoms as well as male sexual
dysfunction.

PROJECT STATUS
Company was established on November 2003.
Formulated 163 molecules, out of which 24 are fully synthesized
and 13 completed in-vitro and in-vivo proof of concept tests for
the Hypertension indication as well as IBD and male sexual
