INFIGO DIAGNOSTICS LTD. utilizes the innovative field of
Molecular Imprinting Polymers (MIPs) in order to revolutionize
current rapid diagnostic solutions. The simple to operate
patented diagnostic platform being developed by the company is
based on nano particles and enables an immediate and cost
effective accurate detection of small molecules. The technology
is relevant to vast arenas such as health, veterinary,
bioterrorism, agriculture and environmental applications.

ADVANTAGES
Vitamin B12 deficiency is a disease that is today very prevalent
in the western world originating from increase in life expectancy
leading to a more aging society and dietary habits, and is
believed to worsen as time progresses.
By offering a cheap, one step, rapid and semi-quantitative
diagnostic kit to industries in need of small molecule analysis
the new product will offer solutions to end users incapable today
of purchasing such services because of their high costs and offer
real time analysis of small molecules. The technology will
shorten considerably the response time, and thus inevitably
lessen the chances of errors and will minimize derived costs.

The first product to be developed under the auspices of the
Targetech Technology Center in Netanya is a diagnostic kit for
the detection of B-12 deficiency based on MMA.
