PROJECT SUMMARY
Proton therapy is considered the safest and most efficient type
of radiotherapy for cancer treatment. Not withstanding the high
efficacy and safety of the proton radiotherapy the enormous cost
of this system still remains the limiting factor for the
incorporation of the technology into the market. The cost of the
proton irradiation is more than 10-20 fold higher than
conventional radiotherapy and therefore not readily available
throughout the world.
P-Cure has patented a technology that significantly reduces the
cost of the proton therapy in order to enable hospitals and
clinics to purchase this cutting edge technology at the price of
the current treatments and treat their patients with the most
advanced radiotherapy tool.
