PROJECT SUMMARY
Development of an innovative inflatable catheter for use in
dilating various body cavities and especially the human cervix.
The device will enable continuous, fast and safe dilation of the
cervix as a pre-procedure to inter-uterine surgeries.

ADVANTAGES
* Single penetration of the cervix significantly decreases the
risk for cervical and uterine damage or perforation.
* Continuous and controlled enlargement of the cervical cavity
protects the collagen and elastin fibers and decreases the risk
for future incompetence of the cervix.
* Increased efficiency of the procedure - fast dilatation in one
step
