PROJECT SUMMARY
Corporations are complex entities and may be comprised of dozens
of divisions, departments and groups, and thousands of employees.
In today's dynamic world, corporations tend to be spread over
several locations, perhaps even several countries. The challenge
of managing such corporations has never been so immense. How can
executives be certain their organizational structure is optimized
to achieve the corporation's goals? How can they be sure their
employees follow well defined, effective business processes? What
sort of IT support do their employees require in order to
optimize their execution? How can the corporation maximize its
return on IT investments? All these are daily questions managers
at all levels ask themselves.

Pozitive develops, markets and maintains GAIA: a comprehensive
software solution for business optimization. Using GAIA, users
can
* Optimize organization structure to fulfill corporate goals;
* Define and validate businesses processes;
* Perform risk analysis and change control;
* Specify accurate IT requirements, and validate them;
* Reduce overall friction that exists in large corporations.
All these features are bundled together into an enterprise-grade
platform. The platform is made of specifically designed
components that meet real-life, everyday needs: modeling and
analyzing, reporting and notification services, collaboration and
business intelligence capabilities.

TARGET MARKET
The market in which Pozitive operates is designated by IDC as the
Analysis, Modelling and Design (AMD) market. IDC simply defines
the next 3 years as an "age of enlightenment" for the AMD market.
According to IDC, The AMD market observed worldwide revenue of
$572.4 million in 2003, and is forecast to reach $938.5 million
by 2008. This represents a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of
10.4%. Gartner surveyed the Business Process Analysis (BPA)
market over the past few years, and this market has grown by an
average of 10% each year. Gartner forecasts a CAGR of 10%-15%
starting 2007, with a growth of over 20% in BPA users during this
period. Furthermore, Gartner does not foresee a decline in CAGR
in this market as far ahead as 2015.
