PROJECT SUMMARY
The Company is developing a close-loop liquid cooling systems for
microprocessors. The systems are MEMS based heat exchanger and
MEMS based convector (radiator), that exhibit an outstanding
thermal performance.

APPLICATIONS
AND TARGET MARKETS
MicroFlow technology provides a practical solution to the global
problem of microprocessors \ CPUs increasing cooling
requirements. The immediate targets market is personal computers,
servers and other heat-generating devices.

ENTREPRENEURS
Dr. Arie Oko - An expert
on cooling systems, formerly a senior developer of cooling
systems in RAFAEL.
Mr. Barak Avisar - An experienced
engineer in the fields of micro-fluidics and MEMS.

PROJECT STATUS
The project started the incubator program in January 2006.
Feasibility tests have been carried out successfully.
