PROJECT SUMMARY
ToV-TV develops a digital platform for cable and satellite
operators - server infrastructure at the operator head-end and
software-based algorithms for Set-Top-Boxes for creating zero
bandwidth "Virtual Channels".
"Virtual Channels" are cross-channel planning and viewing routes
based on existing channel schedules that automatically tune STBs
from one channel to the other according to selected routes. The
service can also support STB tuning to alternate content during
commercials and/or in the time gaps between programs to produce a
new and continuous channel experience.

INNOVATION
This innovative platform enables a range of new products:
* Unlimited Personal "Virtual Channel": planned and viewed only
by the subscriber, according to personal preferences.
* Family and Friends "Virtual Channel": planned by a subscriber
for common viewing with family and friends.
* Community "Virtual Channel": planned by Internet communities'
managers for community "best choice" programs.
* Business "Virtual Channel": planned by businesses and
incorporating the ability to tune STBs to alternate content in
the gaps between programs (such as advertisements that relate to
the business).

ToV-TV technology operates on existing Digital TV (DTV)
infrastructure and already purchased content to provide a new and
exciting range of DTV products designed to create
differentiation, reduce churn, increase ARPU and generate
immediate revenues for the Operator.

in hardware and software development in the field of
communications and digital TV broadcasting.

PROJECT STATUS
The project was launched on July 2003.
A prototype platform has already been integrated within YES
(www.yes.co.il), the Israeli Satellite Operator.
Two patents are filed in Israel and submitted in the framework of
PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) on a worldwide basis.

COOPERATION:
ToV-TV Ltd. is co-founded by Bezeq, the Israeli
Telecommunications Company Ltd., Israel's main telecommunications
services provider and the majority shareholder in YES\D.B.S
Satellite Services (1998) Ltd.
