PROJECT SUMMARY
The company was established to develop and commercialize the
concept of automatic sternal closure after Open Heart procedures.
The product is a staplers for the fixation of sternum (and ribs)
for every day use, both in elective and emergency surgery and
trauma.
The staplers will be simple in construction, easy in use and will
not require additional surgical instruments apart from the
standard instruments in use.
The staplers, will reduce the time and cost of operations, will
standardize the procedure, and reduce use of force totally, and
will be inexpensive.

PROJECT STATUS
The project was launched on December 1999, and now is in the
middle of trials on animals, towered trials on humans (according
to Helsinki procedure), and improvements of the prototype.
