PROJECT SUMMARY
C-FILTERS (CF) develops effective, robust and durable filtration
media made of Alumina.
CF products are designed for applications such as macro-, micro-,
hyper filtration and for prefiltration treatment.
Composite filters are made by unique ion precipitation technique
with Micro Oxidizing Processes.
Main Product Features:
* Ability to work in any environmental condition, in extreme
temperatures and wide range of pH.
* Combine high strength, hardness and plasticity which enable
various application in different forms and housings.
* Designed to remove salts and sediments, organic materials and
colloids, bio organisms and microorganisms in solution and gases.
* Subject to all types of permitted inlet pressure.
* Chemical inertness to filtration matters.
* Washable, reusable and can be regenerated.
* Low power consumption results in low manufacturing costs.
MARKET
C-FILTERS products are primarily targeted to industrial sewage
purification.
The global microfiltration market (MF) membranes used for liquids
separation was estimated at $792 million in 2005 with an expected
average annual growth rate (AAGR) of 9.4% till 2010. There is a
serious lack of reliable membranes on world market - especially
of microfiltration membranes where deficiency reaches up to 86%.
Tighter regulations for sewage treatment and water recycling have
created market demand for cheap and durable filtration products.
Technical characteristics of C-FILTERS' composite membranes
provide functional competitive edge (filter ability, mechanical
durability, chemical inertness, back washing ability and
regeneration, a wide temperature interval of application) with a
rather low manufacturing costs can provide an affordable and
efficient answer to these needs.
