PROJECT SUMMARY
T-APP Ltd. is a provider of desktop software applications
management solution.
T-APP is developing unique patent pending technology dealing with
Application Operational Environment. A flexible and modular
architecture based on approved application management standards
allows T-APP to introduce a long-awaited economical and smart
solution for the mobilization of desktop software applications
and complete environments.

T-APP solution enhances any storage device, server or USB type,
converting it from a passive storage device to an autonomic
computing infrastructure by leveraging the host computer's
processing power.

Users will be able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Power Point, etc.) and PDF documents, as well as other files
(pictures, graphics, charts, etc.) and applications (favorite
games), regardless of whether these applications exist on the
host computer or not. End users will be able to manage their
emails and surf the web while experiencing the same "look and
feel" as the one of their personal desktop. T-APP allows the
user's personal desktop (emails, desktop, favorites, cookies,
passwords, shortcuts, etc.) to be mirrored and accessed anytime
from any windows PC or laptop, without installing any additional
applications on the host computer or leaving any trace of those
applications when the storage device is disconnected.

MARKET
According to Gartner's research in August, 2005, T-APP addresses
a $2.4 billion revenue market of Universal Serial Bus flash
drives that will experience a 15% compound annual growth rate
between 2004 and 2010. T-APP will target the rapidly growing
market of smart USB Drives that by 2008 will represent 70% of all
USB drives shipped.
