PROJECT SUMMARY
SOFTLIB develops a knowledge management software system for
customized soft documentation libraries. The libraries will
include all the relevant technical documentation necessary for
large computer centers. The first product will address
documentation for mainframe computers with IBM operating
systems.
Creating the library, the client defines his specific needs and
all irrelevant documentation is filtered out of the total
documentation provided by the software vendors. All relevant
documentation is arranged on "shelves" by topics. Softlib
provides an easy search and retrieval mechanizm.

MARKET
SOFTLIB's first product addresses the large mainframe computer
center market. There are 30,000 mainframe sites worldwide, with
an average annual expenditure on IT (hardware, software and
services) of $5 Billion.
SOFTLIB future products will address the large AS/400 and Unix
computing centers.

ENTREPRENEURS
Ms. Dvora Chayat - Chairman of the Board of
Directors, an impressive background in computer sciences in
Russia, United States and in Israel, MA in physics from the
University of Vilna, Lita.
Ms. Tsahala David - VP of Development, ten
years of programming experience, holds a BA in Psychology and a
certificate in computer engineering from the Israeli Aviation
Industry program at Bar Ilan University.

PROJECT STATUS
The project is in the second year of its incubation process.
SOFTLIB has two Alpha Sites installed and running in two large
organizations in Israel.
Beta site versions will be released and installed in 3Q2002.
SOFTLIB initiated study on its next product planned for AS400
clients.
A patent application was filed with the U.S. Patent Office.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
SOFTLIB is looking for strategic partnerships with large
organizations that could market and sell its future products in
the US and Europe.
The company is interested in seed investment of $100K and
upwards.
