PROJECT SUMMARY
VINORON TECHNOLOGIES LTD. has invented a new technology for
measuring concentrations of Optically Active Compounds. The first
application under development is a device for measuring
concentrations of glucose and fructose for the wine industry. The
Company believes that the device will be applicable to a broad
range of uses in the food industry.

VINORON's technology will enable the development of cost
effective, compact, and handy devices that can measure
concentrations of dissolved sugars quickly and accurately.
Another potential application of the device is measuring glucose
level in the urine of patients. The technology has the potential
of being an important breakthrough for diabetic patients, since
it would be a truly non-invasive accurate measurement of glucose
levels in the blood with rapid readout at a relatively low cost.
Today blood glucose measuring devices require taking blood
samples, which may be painful. The simpler devices tend to be of
questionable accuracy.

MARKET
VINORON TECHNOLOGIES intends to focus its activities initially on
the wine industry.
There are approximately 60,000 wineries and 200,000 vineyards
worldwide. Measuring concentrations of glucose and fructose is
needed during the stages of wine fermentation and before harvest.
