PROJECT SUMMARY
The technology developed by the Company allows images - invisible
to the naked eye - to be embedded in labels, tags and stickers.
The images become visible when viewed through a standard
polarizer. The images will be directed primarily to protecting
products and documents against forgery. By adding these images on
products and documents, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
can verify the authenticity of products. The images are low-cost,
easy-to-use and can be easily integrated into existing
manufacturing processes and industries.

MARKET
Worldwide losses resulting from imitation and counterfeiting in
1995 were estimated to total $300 billion. Software piracy in the
U.S. alone is estimated to be the cause of almost $3 billion in
annual losses. The company will initially target high-end and
exclusive and luxury consumer products as well as high security
documents.

ENTREPRENEURS
Dr. I. Eligulashvili - Inventor, Ph.D.
in Physics (specialization in Radiation Chemistry and Optics),
has conducted research at Moscow's Institute of Polymers.

PROJECT STATUS
The project has completed its incubation period and since 1998
operates independently.
The company has established a fully functional production line
and is focusing efforts on marketing.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
The Company is currently seeking strategic marketing partners in
the field of product and document protection.
Cooperation with manufacturers of sophisticated stickers and
labels will also be considered.
