PROJECT SUMMARY
The company is developing a Novel monoplace hyperbaric chamber.
The concept initiator is Prof. Moshe Feinsod - Head of the
Neurosurgery Department in Rambam medical center, Haifa, Israel,
until 2003.

The chamber is designed for Aesthetic & hospital use, for acute
applications of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments approved by
the FDA, and a number of promising future indications such as
accelerating the recovery from Aesthetic surgery.
The chamber will be operated in Aesthetic clinics, emergency
units, intensive care units, trauma units, and other hospital
setups. This chamber will enable in situ HBO treatment while
minimizing mobilization of critical and multiple injured patients
to external HBO facilities. The availability of the novel chamber
will significantly reduce the onset time needed to initiate
treatment - a critical factor in improving the treatment outcome.

The Novel hyperbaric chamber will be applied to treat patients
suffering from conditions such as carbon monoxide intoxications,
acute traumatic ischemic injury, as well as others.
The Baromedi chamber will be build using advanced technologies
and will have the following advantages:
1. Shorten the onset time until treatment.
2. Reduced infrastructure requirements.
3. Require less staff for operation.
4. Enable physician access to the patient from the outside by
instrumentation specially designed.

The Company is seeking a partnership with a private equity
investor, who will provide the funds, in order to accelerate the
engineering & testing phases.
The company is also seeking collaboration with strategic partners
in the field of HBO treatment or trauma units equipment.
