HERNIA SOLUTIONS LTD. has developed a unique solution that
enables the surgical treatment of hernias while avoiding the need
of:

HERNIA SOLUTIONS' device is a unique system to insert and deploy
a mesh for hernia repair procedures; the system allows insertion
of a mesh through a single 1.2cm incision and its quick
deployment and positioning of the mesh in a retro-muscular
approach.
The system fits the requirements of all abdominal hernias
(umbilical, inguinal, Ventral etc.) and all kinds of meshes in
the market.

THE MARKET
4.2M hernia repair procedures are currently preformed in the
western world per annum with a growth rate of 4.6% in procedural
numbers each year (2003-2008). The number of traditional
"Tension" procedures is decreasing each year by 1.2% ("Tissue to
Tissue"). Market is characterized by a larger acceptance for
proprietary meshes / devices with market leaders push towards
higher priced mesh (Light Weight meshes, Adhesion Preventing
meshes, Devices).
Market is rolled by few major players; among them are J&J
(Ethicon), Bard (Devol), Tyco HealthCare, Gore and others.

the company to catch the current trend, with its unique solution,
