PROJECT SUMMARY
CONTROLS FORCE extends Security Software architecture with the
layer of insiders' fraud and human errors in data typing
identification and prevention in right-time.
Process Whistleblower (PW) is the first product enabling
organizations to control and track each and every individual
overall business process from insertion to closing through
disconnected systems, software and human driven activities. It is
on easy installation and is provided also as Appliance (a passive
network device) for leading Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms. PW is the
best-of-breed automated testing alternative for auditors and
provides organization's management with an unprecedented
"watchdog" that make sure each individual buying or selling deal
to be executed correct.

MARKET
According to reports from the Association of Certified Fraud
Examiners (ACFE), fraud and white collar hacks collectively drain
6 percent of an organization's annual revenue (totaled over US
$600 billion). In Israel alone, the harm of insiders' fraud in
2006 is US $222 million and it's 53% up comparing 2005 (Bar Lev
auditor report). The CONTROLS FORCE's target is organizations of
any industry and any size that sales products, buys products and
uses IT systems for these purposes.

Dr. Boris Shapira - President and
CTO, inventor of 4 international patents in process management
field, founded ProActivity that was acquired by EMC and
Prizmasoft that purchased his ideas.
Mr. Sharon Yaffe - CEO, MBA from
Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University and BA in
Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Ofer Chesler - VP R&D, MBA from
Bar-Ilan University and BSc with software engineering
certification from the Technion.
Mr. Vlad Forfurtdinov - Chief Software
Architect, BA from Winsdor University, experienced e-business
software developer.
Mr. Nick Sandros - VP Product
Management in North America, BA from Winsdor University,
experienced e-business software developer and IT project
management.

PROJECT STATUS
The project started its incubator period in January 2007.
The technology is secured with US Patent Office.
