PROJECT SUMMARY
SONENCO has developed "SONOGUIDE" - a cutting edge, ultrasonic
catheter for direct drug delivery to a target organ.
Sonoguide first product uses a disposable catheter to accelerate
micro-encapsulated chemotherapeutic agents in the direction of
brain tumors. The agents are then slowly released, like in other
applications, e.g., drug-eluting coronary stents, to maintain a
high drug concentration at the tumor site. It is the company's
goal to manufacture and market a complete product line of
targeted drug delivery catheters for various medical applications
based on the core technology developed by the company.

Main ADVANTAGES of SONENCO
* Minimally invasive device- Minimum probe outer diameter is 0.8
mm; catheter length varies from 5 to 20 mm depending on the
medical needs.
* Local treatment with solid drugs - the only known targeted
delivery drug device that efficiently delivers solid (particles)
drugs directly to the target organ.
* Deep penetration of the active drugs into the tumor site.
Maneuverability in real time - ability to control the catheter's
angle and drug dispersion.
* Longer Drug Exposure at the Tumor Site. SONENCO's
micro-capsules, like a drug eluting coronary stent, releases
chemo agents over an extended period of time to maintain drug
exposure at the tumor site.
* Sufficient energy-for max efficient dispersion almost 20 times
below medical energy levels restrictions.
* Precise dispersion profile to meet medical demands - derived
from fine-tuning and adjustment flexibility of all effecting
parameters.

Applications include: First Brain Cancer, Internal cancers,
Artery diseases, Diabetes long term, Pain and anti spasm.
