PROJECT SUMMARY
Ziggurat has developed an innovative, complete web-based software
solution for the AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction)
market, capable of providing a complete process of integration,
coordination & control over the entire construction life cycle.
The system's integrative approach is based on the standard AEC
industry QA and QC processes performed on dynamic 3D project
simulations.
This complex-algorithm-based system converts individual
blueprints to standardized dynamic 3D full project simulations.
It contains applications for integrative control and analysis,
including a module that supervises maintenance of building
regulations & standards. It also offers standard data management
and storage capabilities for the AEC industry, especially
tailored for AUTOCAD based information, and enables the control
and integration of international and interdisciplinary projects.
The system is part of the AEC evolution towards BIM (Building
Information Model) - and will replace manual coordination tasks
prone to errors with an advanced computerized system. The
innovation lies in the development of an auto-deductive system
that adapts itself to each planner, enabling his integration into
the process at no extra effort on his part. This also includes
the definition of standards within the system that facilitate
processes and enable the automation of input reception.
This system enables the integration of the different segments of
the project into a standardized, unified mode of presentation and
analysis, introducing comprehensive fault and building standards
analysis modules.
This Building and Maintenance powerful cost reduction tool brings
a reduction of over 10% in overall construction costs, as it
allows full integration at the planning stages, eliminating all
construction faults emanating from this stage (50%).

PROJECT STATUS
Ziggurat Systems Ltd. initiated its activities in November
2002.The company is finishing its second year in the Incubator.
COOPERATION REQUIRED
Ziggurat is looking for partners in HW and SW for commercial and
technological cooperation that will enhance this novel system -
specifically:
* Partners with Graphical Engines or Data Visualization
development capabilities;
* File management service providers/developers in the field of
AEC CAD;
* Partners for development of a Facility Management - Building
Process Control tool, using Augmented Reality, who will supply a
field/handheld machine, which will be able to photograph/pinpoint
specific locations, allowing for on site comparison with
original, full designs, enabling on site use of Ziggurat Analysis
Algorithms.
