PROJECT SUMMARY
There is a need for a safe, attractive, sportive and
environmental friendly vehicle, which will serve the wide
population. This vehicle has to be light and compact, easy to
store in a trunk of a small car or in a basement. Once it is
assembled, it becomes a safe, powerful, useful and enjoyable
mobilizer in all terrain conditions.
The described need meets an excellent solution in the All-purpose
Unitrack Vehicle (UtV), designed to give people a comprehensive
solution for a safe, attractive, sportive and useful vehicle.
This vehicle completes the existing line of off-road vehicles,
including motorcycles and small four wheelers. It does not
compete with them. It has a larger market as it suits more people
and a large variety of uses.

ADVANTAGES
* This vehicle enables ordinary people to have fun and enjoy an
off-road drive in the country without any special skills or
ability.
* It is also a useful vehicle for crowded and congested traffic
areas.
* There are uses for military purposes in the heavy-duty
application. It utilizes the characteristic of lightweight
vehicle with ultimate transferability.

ENTREPRENEURS
Mr. Gilad Dafna - an electrical engineer, a consultant to
Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. in the avionics upgrade program
for the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Ehud Ezroni - M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and
Management. A pilot with El Al Israel airlines and a consultant
for Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. for avionics upgrade
programs.
Mr. Yoram Uziel - General Manager of Oramir Semiconductors
and previously Director of R&D in KLA Instruments.

PROJECT STATUS
The project is in the first year of development. A prototype of
the vehicle is currently being designed.
The vehicle has been registered as a patent since January 1998.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
A strategic partner involved in terrain vehicle manufacturing and
marketing.
