PROJECT SUMMARY
M.S.Vision Ltd. is an emerging medical device company that
specializes in developing innovative cleaning systems for
endoscopes. The novel technology enables expansion of endoscopy
into the fields where it was impossible or limited until now.
Specifically, M.S.Vision's self-cleaning endoscope may be
required in medical procedures where surgeon operates in
relatively tight space with bleeding.

APPLICATIONS
AND TARGET MARKETS
M.S. Vision's cleaning optics may be implanted in the following
applications:
* Difficult laryngoscopy in a patient with bleeding and
secretions in his airway.
* Bronchoscopy in patient with massive haemophtysis.
* Gynecological procedures, both diagnostic (hysteroscopy) and
surgical (curettage).
* Endoscopic radical prostatectomy
* Retroperitoneal nephrectomy
* Laparoscopic gastroectomy

MSVision's self-cleaning endoscope is under development after
proof of concept. The first product on the shelf ready to mass
production is novel intubation laryngoscope. Unique one-piece
plastic blades are engineered to maximize patient safety,
operation performance and to drastically lower production cost
and consequently the price for end user.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
* Clinical performance is superior due to unique blades design
with metal hook-on adaptor support.
* Outstanding (threefold) for plastic blades resistance to
bending or breakage: the blade withstand lifting force up to 300N
(30kg).
* Extremely safe in use - because of twofold insulation of
illuminating system - no chance for accidental ingestion or
aspiration of broken light guide or detached bulb.
* First time on the market inexpensive reusable plastic blades,
crafted from medical grade plastic, appropriate for almost all
available disinfectants, ETO gas sterilization and steam
autoclaving at 135øC.
* One-piece disposable plastic blades crafted from transparent
polycarbonate supplied in sterile package, ready for use. The
price of the blades is the lowest available on the market and far
less than sterilization cost.

independently after completing the two-year incubator period. The
