PROJECT SUMMARY
The Company has developed patented novel technology relating to
microcapsules of essential oils, processes for the preparation
thereof and their application as green products for agriculture
and for the consumer market. The Company's invention also
provides the process and tools for the preparation of essential
oil products in very efficient and cost effective methods.

APPLICATIONS
AND TARGET MARKETS:
BotanoCap is a start-up company that develops patented
encapsulated essential oil products for the following
applications:
* Mosquito Control Agents
* Insecticides/ Larvicides/ Bactericides
* Insect Repellents
* Disinfectants
* Biological Pest Control Agents

The total market for these applications involves billions of US
dollars worldwide. The proposed products are very cost effective
specialty "green" items that can serve as substitutes for widely
used synthetic Larvicides, Bactericides and Disinfectants.

Scientist, a full-time staff member of the Institutes for Applied
Research, Ben-Gurion University.

PROJECT STATUS
Crop protection formulations are currently under MOU agreement
with worldwide multibillion Crops Protection Company -successful
field tests during 2006, will result in a very promising royalty
contract for the next 20 years giving BotanoCap an evaluation of
over 200 million dollars.

Veterinary applications are under negotiation with large French
Company.
Other applications and formulations are in development and
testing stages.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
BotanoCap is seeking new collaborations with more strategic
partners and investors. BotanoCap would like to raise an
investment of $5M for establishing small scale production lines,
marketing and development new environmental friendly
applications.
