PROJECT SUMMARY
GVT is an early-stage biotechnology company that has developed a
unique gene delivery system based on the virus SV40. The
technology is based on the characteristics of viruses as natural
carriers of genetic material to organism cells. GVT's proprietary
technology utilizes the viral vector SV40 and its preparation in
a test tube from controlled composites, yielding recombinant
proteins, which comprise the virus capsids in which any desired
DNA can be packaged. This novel gene delivery system can be used
as a vector for gene therapy, enabling the inclusion of large
genes of up to 17kb. The vector combines both high efficiency
with a wide variety of target cells and high safety being non
toxic and non immunogenic.

APPLICATION
AND TARGET MARKETS:
GVT's strategy involves:
1. Developing gene-based therapeutics for liver-related diseases
such as hemophilia, anemia, and metabolic diseases.
2. Partnering with a major biotech company in order to co-develop
gene-based therapeutic based on GVT's proprietary delivery
system.
3.Developing a gene expression research kit that will be used by
researchers in the molecular biology markets and by gene
discovery companies.
