The average size of the emulsion drops is about one micron.

integrate the nutraceuticals in their product line, and companies
marketing natural materials.
Large multinational companies establish affiliate companies or
research units to develop methods for nano-capsulation of drugs
and medicines. The entrepreneurs are fulfilling an unmet need to
combine active materials with food products.

technology.
