PROJECT SUMMARY
NORITECH has pioneered an innovative biotechnology to cultivate
Porphyra (Nori) inshore within a network of artificial ponds and
therefore to significantly reduce the limitation of growing Nori
in the sea (as it has been done for hundreds years).

NORITECH biotechnology makes it possible to enrich the Nori, most
known for its high nutritional and health value, with desired
elements for a healthy diet such as proteins, fibers and certain
minerals.

A few of the enormous advantages of these controlled cultivation
system are:

* Optimal conditions for maximum quality and crop yield
* Easy-access harvesting and re-planting

The Nori farms may be operated independently or attached to
