PROJECT SUMMARY
CELTEGO introduces a new and innovative SaaS (software as a
service), "one stop shop" solution to control and manage user
generated content risks and threats. The CELTEGO solution enables
the website (or any other user generated content provider) to
Reduce Liability risk and Regain content credibility.
The solution provides detection algorithms to analyze and detect
potential risks in a number of layers: Security (malware,
viruses, SPAM, Scams, identity theft, etc .), Content Security
(Porn, offensive content, bullying, etc .) and Content relevancy
(commercial exploitation, etc .).
CELTEGO engine will operate on different media layers: Text,
Pictures and Video.
Using new technology which enables to retrieve information from
meta content and behavioral analysis (post analysis, past
behavior, and other) CELTEGO's over-arching Bayesian
classification engine improves detection ("false positive"/"false
negative") ratio and provides a superior moderation and
classification system for any media platform.

ENTREPRENEURS
Mr. Shai Wolkomir - Co-Founder, CEO.
Officer in the military police investigation department (criminal
investigations), B.Sc in computer science and MBA from the
interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Mr. Nir Abraham - Co-Founder and CTO.
Officer in the intelligence corps, with number of positions with
technology orientation. B.Sc in computer science and MBA (cum
laude) from the interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Mr. Eran Shust - COO. Served at the
IDF's communications corps, B.Sc in computer science.

PROJECT STATUS
The project started in November 2007. The system is in
development stage. The company expects to roll out a (closed)
beta version of the system in April of 2008, with a plan to
release the service to GA along the last quarter of 2008.
