PROJECT SUMMARY
EL-VISION LTD. develops the OcuTest device, an "all-in-one"
system, for comprehensive vision examination. The OcuTest is
based on smart integration of novel electro-opto-mechanical
components, managed by proprietary software, integrating many
ophthalmic diagnostics technologies into a single, compact
device. Resembling virtual reality goggles, the device is mounted
on the head of the subject and performs an automated interactive
set of visual functions measurements. The results are registered
on an integrated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Using OcuTest, eye care professionals will be able to see more
patients, perform more medical services and delegate more
activity to associates and staff. They will be networked for
effective telemedicine and second opinion options. The device
will enable eye care professionals to provide increased service
quality and time saving - resulting in revenue growth. In
addition, compactness, easiness of operation and networking of
OcuTest opens the opportunity for performing off-the-office
examinations at a customer's site, thus increasing revenues.

ENTREPRENEUR
Mr. Arthur Rabner - CTO, MSc. in
Bio-Medical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and a BSc.
in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel. 10 years
experience in development electronic devices in the high-tech
field (owned in companies Intel, Motorola Semiconductor, ChipX
and IAF) and 3 years experience of multidisciplinary R&D
management in "Whole Cell Based Toxicity Detection System"
project in Tel-Aviv University.

PROJECT STATUS
The project started the first year of the Incubator period in
August 2006.
* El-Vision's technology has a PCT patent pending.
* Company established a top-tier science and engineering
multidisciplinary team.There are strong indications from the
industry regarding the need for such a device.
* Laboratory prototype is ready and used as a platform for
development of a device for automatic comprehensive strabismus
examination called VATest (Vision and Alignment Tester).
* VATest is designed and currently in production. Completion is
expected in Q1 2008.
* Clinical trials with VATest are scheduled to start on Q2 2008.
