PROJECT SUMMARY
NEATSTITCH Ltd is developing a family of automated medical
suturing devices for minimal invasive procedures.
The device is of small dimensions, easy to use and fast to
deploy. Due to several technological and marketing advantages, as
compared to existing products, it provides new surgical
capabilities.

The company's target is the Cardiology Femoral Closure Market
with US $500M yearly sales, estimated to reach US $1B in the
upcoming years. Currently two major players dominate this market:
Perclose / Abbot Laboratories, Angioseal / St. Jude.
Another targeted market is that of Laparoscopic Suturing,
requiring closure of small-diameter defects under vision.

ENTREPRENEURS
Mr. Dvir Keren - B.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering and in Industrial Engineering & Management from the
Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Dr. Assaf Dekel - a medical degree from the
Hebrew University, an orthopedic surgeon.

PROJECT STATUS
The project started the Incubator period in January 2004 and
raised additional capital in follow on rounds led by leading US
based laparoscopic surgeons and members of the medical device
industry.
