PROJECT SUMMARY
ORYCLE Applications Ltd. develops, manufactures and markets
advanced shock absorbing materials available in the form of
Semi-Rigid, Semi-Flexible, Flexible foams and Elastomer.
These polymers can be effectively used in vehicle safety,
packaging, pressure anagement, vibration and noise control and
health related applications. These foams are distinguished by
their sophisticated energy absorbing techniques, ease of
modification and manufacture and are extensively patented.
Independent test results show that Orycle's foams exhibit a 40% -
80 % improvement in the ability to manage kinetic energy as
compared to other foams.
Orycle's visco elastic foams reduce pressure 25% better than
competing materials.
Orycle's "drop in technology" is industry oriented, ensuring the
use of conventional manufacturing and molding processes.

PROJECT STATUS
The project graduated from the incubator.
The project offers a unique technology (Patent Pending) for
impact energy absorbing fully implemented into a matrix of
polyurethane. Further R&D will implement the technology into
Thermoplastic Polymers. Orycle has established contacts with
leading Polymer users and manufactures in the world.
First products in the Medical and Orthopedic field are being
tested by end users. First application in the Highway safety
market is being implemented after concluding agreement with
leading manufacturer in the USA market.
