PROJECT SUMMARY
VIRTUAL PORTS (VP) has developed an innovative system that
utilizes internally anchored laparoscopic tools to eliminate the
traditional port-per-device equation. The VIRTUAL PORTS system
improves and shortens the time of the laparoscopic procedure,
reduces patient scarring and risk of complications, and lowers
procedure costs. Each device is inserted to the body cavity
through a single port and anchored throughout the procedure by a
suction cup or other means attached to the internal organ or
wall.
VIRTUAL PORTS' first two stand-alone devices are an anchored
retractor and an anchored camera lens cleaner.

MARKET
Virtual Ports' market potential is around 3.2 million procedures
per year in the U.S. and Europe alone. At a kit price of US$150
to US$ 200, the potential is between US$ 480 to US $800 million.

PROJECT STATUS
Virtual Ports started its incubator period in May 2006.
The Company is in the R&D and animal trial stage in its
development and believes it will have an advanced prototype by
the end of 2006.
