PROJECT SUMMARY
IMMUNOVATIVE THERAPIES LTD. is developing a proprietary, immune
cell therapy product called Allostim, designed to provide a
powerful, non-toxic therapeutic method to enhance and stimulate
the immune system in patients.
Allostim can be used to treat numerous types of diseases
characterized by suppressed immune function, including most types
of cancer, viral and fungal infectious diseases. The product can
also be used as an adjuvant for the new generation of vaccines
under development for cancer and infectious diseases such as AIDS
and hepatitis C.

MARKET
The total combined market for chemotherapy drugs (US $9 billion),
anti-viral drugs (US $10 billion) and anti-fungal therapies (US
$4 billion) exceeds US $23 billion annually.

ENTREPRENEUR
Dr. Michael Har-Noy - Immunologist
specializing in development of cell-based therapies, over 23
years experience as a biotechnology executive managing R&D,
technology transfer, regulatory affairs, and biologics
manufacturing.

PROJECT STATUS
IMMUNOVATIVE has completed the incubator period. The company has
positive results with animal pre-clinical trials. IND approval
should be reached in late-2006 with Phase I/II clinical trials
planned for early 2007.

IMMUNOVATIVE currently has multiple patents pending on broad
aspects of the Allostim formulation, manufacturing process, and
use as a treatment in various indications. An additional patent
is pending on the composition of the biodegradable activation
particles used in the manufacturing process and in the final
formulation of Allostim.

The company expects it can obtain FDA fast track approval and
orphan drug status for Allostim.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
Strategic partners; joint ventures to develop applications,
manufacturing partners.
Investment: US $2,000,000 to accelerate development and take
company to IND approval.
