PROJECT SUMMARY
B-NANO develops a breakthrough imaging technology bridging the
gap between optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.
It offers 10x improvement in resolution compared to existing
optical microscopy without the need of vacuum and clean
environment associated with high resolution microscopy such as
scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

APPLICATIONS
The new microscopy addresses both existing markets such as
material science and the semiconductor industry and emerging
markets as nanotechnology and bio-science. The microscope can be
either a standalone unit or integrated to a tool operating in
non-vacuum.
