PROJECT SUMMARY
Power Offer's product is designed to answer industry needs for
protection against brownouts, transients and other voltage
disturbances, to minimize downtime. It is also designed to
isolate the end user equipment from power line voltage
fluctuations, by providing stable output voltage, independently
of the input voltage quality.
The positioning of the solution at the end of the power line
enables to tune the Voltage Regulator characteristics to complete
isolation of all power transmission line faults from the end
user.

APPLICATIONS
Industrial machinery that is sensitive to voltage disturbances
(metal fabrication, semiconductors, plastics etc.).

ADVANTAGES
The product provides valuable advantages compared with existing
solutions:
* Improved AC regulation to protect Industrial equipment from
power line disturbances.
* Significantly lower in cost and smaller in size compared with
existing regulators.
* Is aimed for various power applications at end users level.

Formerly a director of supply management and purchasing manager
at leading telecom provider of Carrier Ethernet solutions for
Metropolitan Area networks; BSc Business Administration, NYIT
University.
Mr. Ofer Zilberberg - CTO;
experienced electronics engineer, with expertise in development
of power and systems' architecture (holds several patents); BSc
in Electrical Engineering, Tel Aviv University.
