PROJECT SUMMARY
Bright's solution will expand the dynamic range of digital
cameras by a factor of 3-7, without any degradation in
resolution, sharpness or other camera features, with only a minor
increase in production costs. The solution requires minor
changes in the sensor chips and some extra computational power of
Camera processors.

APPLICATIONS
All type of digital cameras including, digital photography,
Cellular phones with digital cameras, digital video and digital
CAM coders, Gaming technologies, surveillance, military, medical,
transportation and others. For example, a large potential
application exists for vehicle monitoring and traffic control.

ADVANTAGES
* Expanding of digital cameras' dynamic range of by a factor of
3-7.
* Photographers could use digital camera to shoot an
indoor/outdoor scene, with a wide range of brightness levels and
without the need for special and complex lighting conditions.
* Photographers will not need to abandon a picture, due to the
lack of the right capturing angle, or to settle for a poor
compromise of image quality.
* Photographers could use modified low cost digital cameras, to
achieve image quality typical for professional and industrial
expensive technologies.
