PROJECT SUMMARY
EXPERT DYNAMICS develops software for automatic reliability
simulation of PCB assemblies (Printed Circuit Boards). EXPERT
DYNAMICS software performs HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing)
simulation, and other complex reliability analyses, for the
purpose of revealing and correcting design faults. (HALT is a
complex fatigue procedure in which simultaneous 6 axes random
vibration (PSD) combined with thermal loads is involved). EXPERT
DYNAMICS solutions increase product's robustness and reliability,
prevent downtime / field failure and shorten the design cycle.

EXPERT DYNAMICS' product, Xrobust, replaces processes that take
weeks or months, with a 1 to 2 hours process. Yet, it leads to
more detailed and accurate results then any existing solution.The
software substitutes an expensive lab process and pushes the
simulation phase upfront to the early stage of the PCB design \
layout. XRobust enables to uncover potential design weaknesses
before a prototype is available. By simulating the aging /
fatigue of the simulated object, it is possible to reveal its
true reliability, and identify time-related defects or design
problems that may otherwise lie dormant for months or years.

Reliability simulation of electronic equipment for
the purposes of addressing reliability issues, decreasing field
failure or downtime, reducing warranty claims and extending
warranty periods. Applicable in many industry segments, including
