PROJECT SUMMARY
WireXN develops and markets a unique programming platform that
will bring the desktop experience to the Web Applications
developers and users.
Many enterprises need to provide Web access to their services.
These enterprise applications are required to provide a highly
interactive user-interface, while being Web-compatible.
Developers are forced by current programming platforms to choose
between high interactivity and Web-availability. The company has
designed wireXN unique programming platform to support both
requirements and provide high interactivity over the Web.

THE MARKET
The Web Application Design and Development Tools market (WDD) in
2005 was sized by IDC at 894.3 million US dollars experiencing
growth of 11%. The WDD tools market is forecast to grow by more
than 6.5% for 2006 and should continue to experience positive
growth thereafter. This market is forecast to increase to
$1.25billion in 2010, representing a 7% compound annual growth
rate (CAGR) from 2005 through 2010. Based on IDC's market
classification, we estimate our potential market at 1.2B$ in
2008.

TECHNOLOGY
The programming platform is comprised of a development-time
environment, and a run-time environment that supports the
execution of the developed applications in standard Web browser.
The run-time environment is accompanied by user-interface and
data-binding components for browser-based (DHTML) applications.
The development-time environment provides a compiler, testing
utilities, form designer, code editor and various
application-coding wizards.
WIREXN LTD. provides the first development environment edition
as a set of Eclipse IDE plug-ins. This will enable tight
integration with leading tool platforms, such as IBM WebSphere
Studio and SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio. In future releases,
WIREXN will port to other tool platforms, most likely to
Microsoft Visual Studio.

COMPETITION
WIREXN LTD. patent-pending technology enables wireXN to offer
the building of highly interactive Web applications, without
requiring mega R&D budgets.
Competition comes from software tool manufacturers; however they
have a different focus in their offering and target markets.
Competition may come also from the leading Software Vendors of
Enterprise Software and, System Integrators but, the GUI part is
a niche playing field, as they focus on the full scope of the
project. This leaves room for niche players, and creates an
opportunity for wireXN. It also provides the opportunity for
wireXN to establish strategic alliances with leading Software
Vendors and system integrators and to offer our programming
platform as an OEM solution.

PROJECT STATUS
Raised $320K from the Chief Scientist of Israel. A prototype of
the GUI generator will be ready during June 2008.
