PROJECT SUMMARY
The company is developing service management software solution
designed to provide end-to-end optimization of all the QoS
parameters for critical applications including IP telephony, fax,
video and multimedia services. CleverNet's products are located
at the point-of-presence of operators and enable them to offer
high quality real-time services in a reliable, flexible and cost
effective way.

CleverNet's products are located at the point-of-presence (POPs)
of an IP network. Although preferable, the solution need not be
located at every POP of a network. It is implemented by servers
that contain software for dynamic real-time networking control.
The servers monitor network conditions, both passively and
actively, and build comprehensive view of the network's topology
and real-time traffic conditions.

CleverNet's software solution supplements the currently known
standards and solutions e.g.: Policy-based management, QoS
enabled standards to allow prioritization (DiffServ Protocol),
Resource ReserVation Protocol (RSVP), Integrated Services over
Specific Link Layers (ISSLL) or Multi-Protocol Label Switching
(MPLS). CleverNet's is the only solution that is provided on
end-to-end basis and enables operators to guarantee SLA in a
reliable, flexible and cost effective way.

APPLICATIONS
The convergence of voice, data and video over one pipe through
the use of Internet Protocol (IP) is becoming a major driver of
the telecommunications market. Voice and video transfer requires
performance of strict QoS parameters including bandwidth, delay,
jitter and packet loss. CleverNet has a patent-based technology
and unique mechanisms to reduce the required bandwidth and to
guarantee end-to-end quality of service for real-time voice, data
and video communication over IP based networks. According to RHK,
the Service Level Management software market will reach to US $4
billion in 2004.

of opportunities by allowing them to sell a host of new, quality
IP services that offer revenue growth, without investing in
expensive equipment and resources.
