The unique features of Intumed's product:
* Enables intubation with no need to have the epiglottis and the
vocal cords within the field of view of the anesthesiologist.
* No past experience or special know how are needed to activate
the device.
* No need for any external connection to other equipment or to
electricity.
* Enables intubation at any place and under any circumstances,
even when there are difficulties in opening the patient's mouth.
* It is the least invasive method compared to existing methods,
since it does not use a laryngoscope.

PROJECT STATUS
IntuMed was established in Oct. 2000. First engineering model was
developed and tested successfully with the Human Simulator of
Medical Education Technology Inc. at Shibba Medical Center.
Lately (Sept. 2003) Intumed started preliminary clinical tests
aimed to calibrate engineering parameters.
Patents were filed in Europe, USA, Canada, South Africa,
Singapore, Japan, India and Australia.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
The company seeks marketing support from a worldwide leader in
respiratory equipment. Various modes of cooperation can be
discussed including strategic partnership, exclusive marketing
rights, equity sharing, etc. A minimal investment of US $850,000
is sought.
