PROJECT SUMMARY
I.S.MEDTECH LTD. is developing an advanced thermal technology for
the measurement of dermal blood flow (DBF), a valuable but
under-resourced parameter for the detection and monitoring of a
wide variety of disease states, ranging from cardiovascular to
autonomic nervous system disorders.

PROJECT STATUS
I.S.MedTech Ltd was founded in June 1996 under the auspices of
the Initiative Center of the Negev ("ICN"), a Technology
Incubator in Beer Sheva. The current team includes engineering,
medical and technology management expertise.

I.S.MedTech has performed pilot clinical trials on two
applications - patient monitoring and diagnosis of vascular
disease. Outcomes of both trials were positive.

Within the next year the company intends to complete development
of a standard probe suitable for mass production. Complete an
FDA-standard trial on the ICU application, which was completed by
the Israeli Review Board and start clinical work for the POAD
application.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
To reach these milestones, the company is seeking an equity
investment of US $1 million.
The company is seeking a strategic partner to commercialize the
first (ICU) application.
