PROJECT SUMMARY
NEXT DIMENSION LTD. - NED is developing a Retinal Imaging System
that will provide reports with images of the retina and an
overlay of color coded maps that show metabolic activity levels
in the tissues. The metabolic information will improve the
ability of the eye care provider to diagnose and treat common
diseases such as Diabetic Retinopathy and AMD in its early stages
with the new generation of drugs that have been recently approved
as well as future medications that are still in the pipeline.

ADVANTAGES
The unique combination of system architecture and the company's
novel design of the key illumination component enable high speed
acquisition, which improves the resolution of the images and
makes them clinically useful.

MARKETS
The Retinal Imaging System will be sold into several market
segments and customer bases, that include the Pharmaceutical
Industry for drug development, Retinal Specialists, Glaucoma
Specialists, General Ophthalmologists and ultimately to eye care
providers who will be responsible for screening the population
for sight threatening diseases.
