PROJECT SUMMARY
The R&D is focused on development of special wound closure suture
bands and tension device for closing large skin deficit open
wounds under tension, in order to accelerate the recovery of the
patient and avoid skin grafts.
Other projects intended for future development.

APPLICATIONS
The suture bands are intended for the stretch-closure of large
wounds deficient in skin.

hospitalization time.

PROJECT STATUS
The development started on July 1995. The project has completed
its incubator period and is now an independent start up company .
The suture bands have passed clinical testing very successfully.
A patent application was filed for the suture bands and tension
device.

extending financial and marketing support and assistance in the
certification of the products.
