PROJECT SUMMARY
High-end servers spend most of their processing time on the
TCP/IP protocol suite at Gigabit speeds. Considering a US$10,000
server, only US$1,000 is spent on the application processing. The
Tehuti Networks Network Traffic Accelerator (NTA) will
re-equilibrate this anomaly, diverting the processing power and
the spent budget from TCP/IP processing to application
processing.
The NTA is a low cost and high performance System on Chip,
targeting customers in need of Gigabit and above network
solutions. The NTA will be a perfect fit in systems like tier 1,
2 and 3 servers, blade servers, workstations and IP storage
servers and clients.
The Tehuti Networks NTA features the fastest time-to-market and
the highest flexibility compared with competitive solutions due
to its unique easy integration path. Also, the NTA is the only
TCP offload solution that enables an OS independent
implementation mode.

MARKET
Tehuti is the only one to offer an integrated solution that
targets TCP, Upper Layer Protocols (ULP) and IPSec accelerators
market. The Tehuti Networks NTA will replace the Media Access
Controller (MAC) and the TCP/IP protocol stack on systems like
enterprise servers, blade servers, grid computers, cluster
servers and workstations. For security applications, it can also
replace the security processor.
Solutions integrating products from the Tehuti Networks NTA
family will perform better, simplify the network topology and
reduce the acquisition and maintenance costs.

ENTREPRENEURS
Mr.Yair Gitelman - Chief Executive Officer, B.Sc. in
Electrical Engineering, 20 years of experience in the
communication, networking and computing industries, acted as the
General Manager of Sysconet Ltd.
Mr.Valentin Ossman - VP Product Definition & Business
Development, B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Was a senior member
at Siliquent Technologies, developed innovative technologies for
the storage network industry. Worked at Cisco Systems and at
Galileo Technologies.
Mr. Haim Bar-David - Chief Technical Officer, B.Sc. in
Electrical Engineering, extensive experience in networking,
cryptography and ASIC architecture, specialized in Network
Processors and optimized ASIC implementations of network
protocols.
Mr. Eli Kohav - VP Engineering. B.Sc. in
Electrical Engineering, experience in the Hi-Tec industry,
including various aspects of hardware design, digital and analog
design, .
Prof. Yair Be'ery - Advisory Board, Ph.D., M.Sc, and
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, over 20 years of wide-ranging
practical and academic technology experience.

PROJECT STATUS
Started activity in the incubator on April 2003.
