PROJECT SUMMARY
FORMAGLOW has developed an innovative new procedure for producing
chemical, disposable, chemiluminescent light sources, which
enables a non-toxic surface of any size or any shape to glow over
48 hours, while controlling the time, the colors and the
resolution.
These light sources will give rise to a whole family of lighting
products made of flexible, printable materials and integrating
combinations of divers colors and shapes.
The light sources are activated upon opening. Emission lasts for
up to several days, shelf life - up to two years.
The products do not contain toxic components and do not give rise
to heat or sparks.

* Entertainment - illuminating balloons, glowing photos and
postcards, glowing greeting cards, 3D products.
* Emergency signs on cloth and bags signaling

TARGET MARKET
The primary business model shall be based on a low hanging fruit
approach. The chosen market is the entertainment market.
Firstly, it was chosen as the technology would only take half a
year to develop. The business model for Formaglow's composed of
its marketing, collection and relevant legislation.

MARKETING
: Formaglow will market its products through strategic
partners, which already have marketing capabilities in the
printing products industry.
Collection: Working with strategic partners will create a simple
mechanism of collection for Formaglow's revenues, which will
prevent the known problem of high sales and low income due to low
collection.
Legislation: As Formaglow's products are non-hazardous, they are
supported by the current legislation, which requires all products
to be safe for use. This is an important aspect as no strategic
partner will hock up to a company with a dangerous technology.

PROJECT STATUS
FORMAGLOW is active since May 2003 and has entered its second
year at ATC Temed Ltd. An in - house laboratory and a well -
organized subcontracting network make product development
possible.
The company now has a production machine that enables to
manufacture a limited number of its products for demonstration
purposes.
FORMAGLOW is in the advanced stages of development and able to
present the first generation of its technology, the commercial
quality prototypes that are effectually working and glowing
manufactured in house in limited numbers.

FORMAGLOW Ltd. is holding a U.S Patent and another patent
application had been
submitted this year as well PCT application. In addition,
Formaglow undertook a
professional patents survey.

COOPERATION REQUIRED
FORMAGLOW is ready to review outside interest in the company for
business cooperation, inclusive investment and strategic
partnership and expansion into the marketplace.
